基于目标策略的针对性护理对心力衰竭患者分娩方式的影响

Effects of nursing based on target strategy on delivery mode in patients with heart failure

目的探讨基于目标策略的针对性护理对妊娠合并心力衰竭患者分娩方式的影响。方法选取2016年11月至2018年6月于胶州市人民医院就诊的86例妊娠合并心力衰竭患者,依据建档顺序分为研究组和对照组,每组43例。对照组接受常规护理,研究组于对照组基础上接受基于目标策略的针对性护理。统计两组分娩方式及护理工作满意度。结果研究组和对照组自然分娩率分别为48.84%(21/43)、25.58%(11/43),剖宫产率分别为51.16%(22/43)、72.09%(31/43),研究组自然分娩率高于对照组,剖宫产率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。研究组护理工作满意度为93.02%(40/43);对照组为76.74%(33/43),研究组护理工作满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠合并心力衰竭的患者实施基于目标策略的针对性护理,有利于促进其自然分娩,可有效提高护理工作满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing based on target strategy on the mode of delivery in patients with heart failure.Methods Eighty-six patients with pregnancy-related heart failure who were admitted to Jiaozhou People’s Hospital from November 2016 to June 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into study group and control group according to the order of establishment,with 43 cases in each group.Control group received routine care and study group received targeted care on the basis of control group.Compare the delivery methods and nursing job satisfaction of the two groups.Results The natural delivery rates of study group and control group were 48.84%(21/43)and 25.58%(11/43),respectively.The cesarean section rates of study group and control group were 51.16%(22/43)and 72.09%(31/43),respectively.The natural delivery rate of study group was higher than that of control group,the cesarean section rate of study group was lower than that of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The nursing job satisfaction of study group was 93.02%(40/43),and that of control group was 76.74%(33/43).The nursing work satisfaction of study group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing based on target strategy for patients with heart failure is conducive to promoting their natural delivery and can effectively improve the satisfaction of nursing work.
