县乡党政干部来源直接关系到基层政府执行力的强弱。Y县在拓宽党政干部来源渠道方面取得了较为显著的成绩,积累了成功的经验,但还存在编制满负荷、岗位影响力不强、招录条件不科学、流通渠道不畅等问题,需要在健全编制调配机制、加大定向招录力度、完善考核制度等方面加以努力,以期走出一条符合地方实际的拓宽党政干部来源渠道的新路。

The source of party and government cadres of counties and towns directly related to the issue of the executive power of the basic level political power.County Y has achieved remarkable results and accumulated successful experience in broadening the source channels of party and government cadres,but there still exist some problems such as full of'Bianzhi',position influence is weak,recruiting conditions are not scientific,circulation channel is not smooth,etc.We need to work hard to improve the deployment mechanism,to increase the strength of targeted recruiting and to perfect examination system,etc.,in order to blaze a new path of broadening the source channels of party and government cadres which conforms to the local reality.
