摘要
近年来,多起校园霸凌事件频现于公众的视域之中,霸凌行为对受害者造成的身体戕害与心理创伤让校园霸凌行为再次成为社会关注的焦点。本文以校园霸凌行为内涵界定及行为特质分析为切入点,借助对我国现阶段校园霸凌行为规制现状以及国外校园霸凌行为法律规制现状的阐释,提出校园霸凌行为法律规制的构想,以期为我国整治校园霸凌行为提供有益的参考。
In recent years,the school bullying events are frequently occurred in public view,the body harm and psychological trauma caused by the bullying behaviors on victims has become the center of public attention. In this paper,it takes the definition of bullying connotation and features analysis as the starting point,combined with the situation of campus bullying and bullying behavior regulation at Chinese present stage,proposing the legal regulation of bullying conception,so as to provide useful reference for renovating the campus bullying behaviors in the next phase.
