法治视域下涉恐案件报道探析

Research on the Report of Terrorism Cases from the Perspective of the Rule of Law

目前,我国传媒建构涉恐案件议题的意愿不强,这既有对其中暴恐信息传播引发道德诘难的主观顾虑,也有对司法中立不当僭越的法治考量。实际上,这些风险大多源于假想或者是夸大的。涉恐案件的恰当报道不仅是新闻传播规律和公正司法的客观要求,还关乎公众法治反恐意识的培育。对此,国家应确立涉恐案件战略传播立场,媒介应提升涉恐案件报道能力,司法机关对涉恐案件信息应依法公开,以此降低涉恐案件可能引发的风险。

The construction of media involved in terrorist justice issues will not strong,both for the subjective concerns which is moral criticism caused by terror spread,and realistic considerations which is arrogate judicial neutrality.In fact,these risks are mostly hypothetical or exaggerated.Media reporting Justice involved in terrorism is not only the objective requirements of the news dissemination rule and judicial justice,but also the reality needs of the state to improve the ability to combat terrorism.It is also related to the cultivation of citizen’s Anti-terrorism legal consciousness.In order to cope with risks,the state should establish a strategic view of terrorism involving terrorism,Media should reform the spread of terrorism involving justice,and the judiciary should be involved in terrorism information disclosure in accordance with the law.
