优化东北地区营商环境的法治路径——以强化地方检察职能为视角

The Rule of Law Path to Optimize the Business Environment in Northeast China——From the Perspective of Strengthening Local Procuratorial Function

本文以调研东北某一地区影响营商环境案件相关数据为参考,分析了优化营商环境影响要素及其与强化检察职能的逻辑关系,整理出检察机关办理影响营商环境案件的特点及存在的问题,认为检察机关应从提高主观认识、创新办案类型、增强办案能力、建立完善的工作机制等方面助推地方营商环境向优发展,力争打好优化营商环境"攻坚战"。

Based on the investigation of the data related to the cases affecting the business environment in a certain area of Northeast China,this paper analyses the logical relationship between optimizing the factors affecting the business environment and strengthening the procuratorial function,sorting out the characteristics and problems of the procuratorial organs handling the cases affecting the business environment,and holds that the procuratorial organs should improve their subjective understanding,innovate the types of cases,enhance their ability to handle cases and establish and perfect them.Work mechanism and other aspects promote the development of local business environment to be better,and strive to optimize the business environment 'battle against hardships'.
