新中国成立以来,我国在发展经济的同时始终高度重视农村地区的发展特别是农村贫困地区的发展。与此同时,我国的扶贫工作经历了一个长期的摸索阶段,并且取得了巨大的成就。习近平在早年的知青生活中饱尝贫困滋味,在后来的领导岗位上逐步对我国的扶贫工作有了新的认识,在此基础上提出了精准扶贫重要论述,为新时代如何扶贫、怎样扶贫提供了清晰的思路。因此,深刻领会习近平精准扶贫重要论述的科学内涵及其时代价值,对于当前和今后我国扶贫工作的深化和细化具有重要的指导意义。

Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,China has always paid great attention to the development of rural areas,while developing its economy.At the same time,China’s poverty alleviation work has gone through a long period of exploration,and has made tremendous achievements.Xi Jinping gradually acquired new understanding of poverty alleviation about China in his early rural life and later in his leading post.On this basis,he puts forward the epoch-making and penetrating conclusion of Targeted Poverty Alleviation,which provides a clear idea for how to alleviate poverty and what to do it in the new era.Therefore,studies on Xi Jinping’s targeted Poverty Alleviation Thought has important guiding significance for deepening and refining the current poverty alleviation work in China.
