党的十八大以来,习近平总书记充分运用马克思主义法学原理,从坚持和发展中国特色社会主义、确保党和国家长治久安的战略高度,围绕全面依法治国发表了一系列重要论述,成为习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分。本文通过对习近平总书记关于依法治国重要论述的形成发展与主要特征进行阐述,能够为深入学习领会习近平总书记关于全面依法治国新理念新思想新战略夯实理论基础。

Since the Eighteenth N ational Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has made full use of the principles of Marxist jurisprudence.From the strategic height of adhering to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics and ensuring the long-term stability of the Party and the state,he has put forward a series of important expositions on comprehensively the rule of law,which has become an important part of the socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era of Xi Jinping.This paper intends to discuss the formation,development and main features of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important governing the country by law.
