基层群众自治组织家庭暴力干预培训机制之构建

On the Construction of Family Violence Intervention Training Mechanisms of Resident Committee and Villager Committee

基层群众自治组织是重要的家庭暴力干预主体。目前,基层群众自治组织的工作人员年龄偏大、文化水平偏低、综合素质不高等因素一定程度上影响了家庭暴力干预的成效。因此,应围绕《反家庭暴力法》的立法宗旨,科学建立培训机制,通过对基层群众自治组织的工作人员开展家庭美德、法律常识、紧急救治及团队精神等多方面的家庭暴力干预培训,帮助其提高家庭暴力干预能力,进而使家庭暴力干预工作达到良好效果,最终从根本上消除家庭暴力。

Resident committees and villagers’committees are important subjects of domestic violence intervention.However,due to the older age,lower education level and lower comprehensive quality of staff,the effectiveness of intervention on domestic violence is affected to a certain extent.In this regard,we should focus on the legislative purpose of the AntiDomestic Violence Law of the People’s Republic of China,scientifically establish a training mechanism for family violence intervention.Through training staff members in family virtue,common sense of law,emergency treatment,rescue measures and team spirit,we can help them improve their ability to intervene in family violence,and further promote it.Family violence intervention by residents’committees and villagers’committees has been carried out smoothly.
