本文认为,新中国成立70年来,在中国共产党的领导下,我国的法治建设经历了三个发展阶段。在不同的历史阶段,中国共产党人坚持以马克思主义基本原理为指导思想,将理论与实践紧密结合,形成了中国法治建设的重要特质,取得了伟大成就,为我国全面推进依法治国和进一步完善中国特色社会主义法治体系奠定了扎实的理论基础,积累了丰富的法治实践经验。
