摘要
用放射性核素^(131)碘标记毛茛甙,并观察了毛茛甙在小鼠体内的稳定性、分布及排泄。静脉注射^(131)碘一毛茛甙后0.5,1,4,24小时鼠体内脏器以肺、肝、肾中含量最高。毛茛甙在鼠体内2小时后开始水解。
Ranuculin can be easily hydrolyzed in neutral or basic medium to protoanemonin and glucose, the former of which is a promising agent in the treatment of some malignant tumours. An investigation was made to study the stability and metabolism of 131 I-labelled ranuculin in mice. Highest levels of ranuculin were found in the lung, liver and kidney, 0.5, 1, 4 and 24 h after intravenous injection. Hydrolysis started at the end of 2 h and the metabolites were mainly excreted with urine.
