高原地区体检人群血红蛋白浓度对血脂代谢的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解高原人群血红蛋白浓度对血脂代谢的影响。方法将2015年1月~2015年12月在我院体检中心行体检的5630名(男性3390名,女性2240名)健康人作为研究对象。根据血红蛋白浓度不同,男性分为Ⅰ组(n=214),Ⅱ组(n=1060),Ⅲ组(n=1742),Ⅳ组(n=374);女性分为Ⅰ组(784名),Ⅱ组(1140名),Ⅲ组(270名),Ⅳ组(46名)。观察不同血红蛋白浓度与血脂代谢的关系。结果 (1)男性组:①TG(mmol/l)在Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组之间差异无显著性(p=0.06);②TC(mmol/l)在Ⅲ组与Ⅳ组之间差异无显著性(p=0.15);③LDL-C(mmol/l)在每组之间差异均有统计学意义(p<0.01);④HDL-C(mmol/l)在Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组之间具有显著性差异(p <0.01)。(2)女性组:①TG(mmol/l)在四组之间差异均有显著性(p <0.05);②TC(mmol/l)在Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组差异有显著性(p <0.01);Ⅱ组与Ⅳ组差异具有显著性(p <0.01);③LDL-C(mmol/l)在每组之间差异均有统计学意义(p <0.01);④HDL-C(mmol/l):Ⅳ组较Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组显著下降之外(p <0.01),其他各组之间差异没有显著性(P> 0.05).结论高原地区人群血红蛋白浓度升高与脂代谢异常关系密切,临床上可依据血红蛋白水平初步判断血脂代谢情况。 Objective: To understand the effect of hemoglobin concentration on serum lipid metabolism at high altitudes.Methods: In total, 5632 healthy(Male 3390, Female 2240) undergoing medical examination at Physical Examination Center in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015. According to hemoglobin concentration, the male were divided into Ⅰ group(n=214), Ⅱ group(n=1060), Ⅲ group(n=1742), and Ⅳ group(n=374). In addition, the female were divided into Ⅰ group(n=784), Ⅱ group(n=1140), Ⅲ group(n=270), and Ⅳ group(n=46). The relationships between hemoglobin concentration and serum lipid metabolism was observed.Results:(1) For the male,(1) There was no significant difference in TG(mmol/l) between Ⅰ group and Ⅱ group in(p=0.06).(2) There was no significant difference in TC(mmol/l) between Ⅲ group and Ⅳ group(p=0.15).(3) LDL-C(mmol/l)in four groups were statistically significant compared(p < 0.01).(4) There was significant differences in HDL-C(mmol/l) among Ⅱ group, Ⅲ group, and Ⅳ group(p < 0.01).(2) For the female,(1) There was significant differences in TG(mmol/l) among four group(p < 0.05).(2) There was significant differences in TC(mmol/l) between Ⅰ group and Ⅱ group(p < 0.01). There was significant differences Ⅱ group and Ⅳ group.(3) LDL-C(mmol/l) in four groups were statistically significant compared(p < 0.01).(4) In HDL-C(mmol/l), Ⅳ group was significantly lower than that in Ⅰ group and Ⅱ group(P > 0.05).Conclusions: The increase of hemoglobin concentration is related to abnormality of serum lipid metabolism for people living at high altitudes.
