中医针灸配合手法或理疗治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效比较

Comparison of the Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Manual Therapy or Physiotherapy on Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

目的探究中医针灸配合手法或理疗治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效比较。方法采集我院2018年2月~2018年7月我院收治的90例神经根型颈椎病患者,按照随机数字法分为A组和B组各45例,A组采用针灸联合手法治疗,B组采用针灸联合理疗治疗,比较两组治疗前后症状积分、临床疗效、MPQ评分、生活质量评分和3个月后复发率。结果治疗后A组临床总有效率86.67%和B组82.22%比较无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后两组MPQ各项评分均下降,生活质量各维度评分均升高,但组间比较无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后两组各症候积分均下降,颈部疼痛、眩晕、视觉障碍积分组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),但A组上肢麻木积分明显低于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后A组复发率13.33%和B组15.56%比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论中医针灸配合手法或理疗治疗神经根型颈椎病均可缓解患者多种不良症状,且在临床疗效和改善患者生活质量上两者疗效相当。

Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with manual therapy or physiotherapy on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR).Methods:Totally,90 patients with CSR were admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2018 to July 2018.They were randomly divided into A group(n=45)and B group(n=45).Patients in A group were received acupuncture combined with manual therapy,while patients in B group were received acupuncture combined with physiotherapy.The symptom,treatment results,MPQ score,life-quality score and recurrence rate after 3 months were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,there was no significant difference between A group(86.67%)and B group(82.22%)in the total effective rate(P>0.05).The MPQ score of two groups decreased,and the lifequality score of two groups increased,there was no statistics difference in two groups(P>0.05).The symptom of two groups decreased,and the symptom of upper limb numbness in A group improved significantly(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between A group(13.33%)and B group(15.56%)in recurrence rate(P>0.05).Conclusions:Both of them are similarly treatment results on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
