摘要
在抽油机管理中电流平衡率常用于判断抽油机是否平衡。实际上,电流平衡不能保证抽油机一定平衡,电流不平衡的抽油机也有可能是平衡的。抽油机功率曲线分析方法,在对抽油机的电耗测试以后,只需知道平衡块数目、重量及目前的位置三个参数,就能设计出平衡块的最佳安装位置,并能对调整后的电能参数、扭矩曲线及节能情况进行预测。
In the field of pumping unit management, the electricity current balance is always used to define whether it is balance or not. In fact, this way can not assure the balance is true on the condition that the pumping unit may be balance but the current is not.By analyzing the power culvers of unit after detected its electricity loss,and knowing the number, weight, present position of the balance block, the best position to be put of it could be designed and the adjusted electricity parameter, torque culver and energy-saving condition condition could be predicted.
