The clinic and radiological manifestations of SARS

目的 探讨SARS的临床及胸部影像学特点。方法 回顾性分析91例SARS的临床资料及影像学表现,并按普通型、重症和死亡3组做对比分析。结果 斑片状影、大片状影、间质改变、磨玻璃样改变、大范围实变、弥漫性病变、双肺受累是SARS的主要影像学表现。对比分析显示:大片状影和磨玻璃样改变这两种影像学表现在重症、死亡组与普通型之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),大范围肺实变和弥漫性病变这两种影像学表现在三组之间的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 胸片可明确显示SARS的临床及影像学特点。

Objective To study the clinic and radiological manifestations of SARS. Methods The clinical information and imaging features of SARS in 91 patients were retrospectively analyzed. And the cases were divided into the common group, severe group and the mortal group. A comparing study was made on the images from each group. Results The radiological findings of SARS included small plaque, large patch, interstitial lesions, ground-glass shadow and large consolidation, in which bilateral lungs may be involve'd. The comparisons showed that there was a statistical difference between the severe, mortal groups and the common group on large patch and ground-glass shadow ( P < 0. 01). And there was a statistical difference between the 3 groups on large consolidation and diffuse lung lesions (P < 0.01) .Conclusion Chest radiograph can demonstrate the clinical and imaging characteristics of SARS.
