高校图书馆要想在21世纪成为信息资源中心,必须开展以人为中心的管理,建立优化人才结构制度,深化服务内容。同时信息资源开发与馆员素质的培养不容忽视。

If we make the university libraries the centre of information resourses in the 21st century, we should develop the management of regarding person as centre, establish the system of optimizing the qualified personnel structure, deepen the service contents.The development of information resources and the training of librarian quality shouldn't be neglected. 
