高校图书馆要坚持可持续发展的道路,一、图书资料管理者要更新观念、与时俱进,树立全新的管理理念;二、要坚持图书资料的连续性、指导性和有序性;三、要坚持图书资料品位可持续发展战略的有序性和连续性的内在统一;四、要重视图书资料管理者与读者的协调性;五、要遵循图书馆发展的公平性原则。

In order to promote the sustainable development of the university libraries, following measures should be taken. First, the librarians should innovate the sense of management. Second, the books and reference materials should be kept in good order and be in their proper sequence. Third, there should be integration of the orderedness and continuity of the books and reference materials. Fourth, the librarians should provide the help to meet the different needs of the readers. Finally, the libraries should stick to the fairness doctrine in their development.
