建立农村社会保障制度的构想

About the conception of social security system in Chinese rural area

我国农村社会保障制度发展滞后,与中国社会的农民国家性质及社会现代化状况极不相称,亟待改变。根据我国国情,现阶段我国农村社会保障应以保障农民基本生活为宗旨。随着农村人口老龄化、农村城镇化进程的加速,亟需构建一个涵盖养老保险、医疗保险、失业保险等内容的社会保障体系,以缓解农民生存和生活的压力,实现我国农村经济的可持续发展。

The level of development of social security system(SSS) in Chinese rural area is relatively low.It does not match the modennization under current situation in an agriculture country. According to our national situation, the basic aim of SSS in rural should be set to guarantee of basic living expenses for farmers . With the acceleration of aging of population and urbanization, it is an urgent task to establish a SSS covering endowment insurance, unemployment insurance and medical insurance. So as to relief peasants from the pressure of living and keep our agriculture economy sustainable development.
