举证时限制度研究缺陷评析

On defects of the study of verification time-limit system

设立举证时限制度体现了对公正、效率的诉讼理念的追求。本文运用比较的方法,对目前法学界在举证时限制度研究方面存在的缺陷进行了评析,指出举证时限保障机制应为举证时限制度的一个重要组成部分,并提出克服缺陷的具体措施。

The verification time-limit system embodies the pursuit of just and efficient lawsuit concept. In comparison way this paper comments on the defects of the study of the verification time-limit system in law, points out that verification time-limit guarantee mechanism should be an important part of verification time-limit system, and it also raises some measures to overcome these defects.
