紫竭生化汤配合米非司酮抗早孕的临床疗效及对生殖激素的影响

Clinical Efficacy of "Zijie Shenghua Decoction"plus Mifepriston in Terminating Early Pregnancy and Its Effect on Reproductive Hormones

为观察紫竭生化汤配合米非司酮抗早孕的临床疗效及对生殖激素的影响 ,①将 3 5 2例早孕妇女随机分成米非司酮组 2 0 0例、中药组 15 2例 ,比较完全流产率、孕囊排出时间、阴道出血时间、阴道出血量、月经恢复时间等 ;②将 90例早孕妇女随机分成米非司酮组、中药组和对照组各 3 0例 ,比较用药前后血人绒毛膜促性腺激素 ( β hCG)、卵泡刺激素 (FSH)、黄体生成素 (LH)、雌二醇 (E2 )、孕酮 (P)的变化。结果 :①米非司酮组及中药组的完全流产率为 86 73 %、93 2 9% ,差异具有统计学意义 (P <0 0 5 )。孕囊排出时间分别为 ( 76 68± 7 93 )小时及 ( 74 5 1± 6 65 )小时 ,阴道出血天数及阴道出血量分别为 ( 11 3± 3 78)天、82 94%及 ( 8 2 5± 4 3 3 )天、92 0 8% ,经比较差异均有统计学意义 (P均<0 0 1)。②米非司酮组及中药组对β HCG、FSH均有明显的抑制作用 ,中药组的抑制作用更加明显 ,米非司酮组及中药组对E2 、P均有一定的抑制作用 ,经比较两组的抑制作用无明显差异。二组均对LH无明显影响。结论 :①采用紫竭生化汤配合米非司酮抗早孕可提高完全流产率 ,缩短孕囊排出时间 ,减少阴道出血量及缩短阴道出血时间。②紫竭生化汤配合米非司酮可促进对绒毛分泌HCG功能及对垂体激素FSH的抑制作用 ,这?

The clinical efficacy of'Zijie Shenghua Decoction'plus mifepriston in the termination of early pregnancy and its effect on reproductive hormones were observed.(1)352 women with early pregnancy were randomized into two groups:group A in which 200 women were given mifepriston and group B in which 152 women were given'Zijie Shenghua Decoction'plus mifepriston;the complete abortion rate,the duration of tissue excretion,menstruation resumption,the diameter of gestation capsule and the amount of vaginal bleeding were observed and compared between the two groups.(2)90 women with early pregnancy were randomly divided into three groups:group C in which 30 cases were given mifepriston,group D in which 30 cases were given'Zijie Shenghua Decoction'plus mifepriston,and group E in which 30 cases were given nothing as control;the β-hCG,FSH,LH,E 2 and P were detected and compared.Results:The complete abortion rate was 86.73% in group A and 93.29% in group B,P<0.05;the excretion duration of gestation capsule was(76.68±7.93)hours in group A and (74.51±6.65)hours in group B,P<0.01;the duration and amount of vaginal bleeding were(11.3±3.78)days and 82.94% in group A and (8.25±4.33)days and 92.08% in group B,P<0.01.The β-hCG and FSH were obviously inhibited in groups C and D,with more obvious inhibition in group D than in group C;E 2 and P were also inhibited in groups C and D,with no difference between the two groups;the LH changed little in groups C and D.Conclusion:'Zijie Shenghua Decoction'can cooperate with mifepriston to increase abortion rate,shorten the excretion duration of gestation capsule,reduce the duration and amount of vaginal bleeding;'Zijie Shenghua Decoction'plus mifepriston can inhibit the secretion of β-hCG and FSH,which may be its mechanism in the termination of early pregnancy.
