氯霉素鱼肝油乳剂中氯霉素含量的测定

Quantitative Determination of Chloramphenicol in Chloramphenicol Yuganyou Emulsion

为建立氯霉素鱼肝油乳剂中氯霉素的含量测定方法 ,采用紫外分光光度法测定其含量 ,检测波长为 2 75nm。结果显示 ,线性浓度范围为 4 97μg/ml-2 9 82 μg/ml,平均回收率为 99 48% ,RSD为 2 0 8%。本法简便、快速、准确 。

To determine the contents of chloramphenicol in chloramphenicol Yuganyou emulsion,using UV spectrophotometric method to determine its contents at the wavelength of 275nm.Results:A linear limit of 4.97μg/ml～29.82μg/ml and a mean recovery of 99.48% were obtained.Conclusions:The method is simple rapid and accurate determining the content of chloramphenicol.
