甘蓝型杂交油菜F_1不育株与正常可育株生理差异及不育株对杂种优势的影响 被引量:1

摘要 研究了甘蓝型油菜杂交组合96F044D、96F045D、96F057D不育株及正常可育株根系伤流量、单位面积角果皮生产力、经济性状,F1群体中不育株率以及3个杂交组合与常规油菜H045作对照的临界不育株率。结果表明不育株与正常可育株根系伤流量、单位面积角果皮生产力差异不显著;主要经济性状差异显著;相同不育系配制的杂交组合不育株率差异不显著;3个杂交组合的不育株率显著低于临界不育株率,杂种优势表现明显。 A study on roots wound flowing,PPA and economical characters of sterile plant and normal plant in F_1 hybrid rape(Brassica napus L.)96F044D,96F045D and 96F057D ware conducted.The sterile plant rate in F_1 population and the critical values of sterile plant rate of the 3 hybrid rape varieties compared with H045(CK)were discussed. The results indicated that the roots wound flowing and PPA had not significant difference between F_1 sterile plant and normal plant,but the economical characters had significant difference. Sterile plant rate from the same sterile line had not significant difference. The sterile plant rate of the 3 hybrid rape varieties was significantly smaller than the critical values of sterile plant rate and heterosis was significant.
