摘要
选用中熟甘蔗品种桂糖15号在生长后期分三个不同时间以0 04%乙烯利进行叶面喷施。结果表明:①明显提高了Ca2+-ATP酶、中性转化酶、多酚氧化酶、过氧化物酶的活性;②对酸性转化酶活性有抑制作用;③明显地提高了甘蔗的工艺品质。甘蔗蔗糖分比对照提高的绝对值分别为:10月3日处理提高2 14%,10月23日处理提高2 94%;11月13日处理提高1 46%;④明显提高了甘蔗的抗旱性,使其在干旱条件下保持较多绿叶数,以10月23日处理的效果最好。
A medium maturity variety(GT15)was sprayed with ethephon(concentration of 1×10^(-4))on October 3,October 23 and November 13,1996,respectively.The results showed:①the activities of Ca^(2+)-ATP ase,neutral invertase,polyphenol oxidase and peroxidase in leaves were increased;②the activities of acid invertase in leaves were inhibited;③The treatment significantly improved technical quality of sugarcane.The sucrose contents in cane in absolute value increased by 2.14?%in the treatment of October 3,by 2.93?% of October 23 and by 1.46?% of November 13 as compared with the control;④More number of green leaves per plant were preserved under the severe drought condition in the experiment,and the best effect of the treatment was October 23.
