摘要
对基砧均为枳,中间砧分别为锦橙和兴津温州蜜柑的4个不同脐橙品系,以及无中间砧的锦橙和兴津温州蜜柑对照,进行了早晨和中午的叶片水势测定。早晨,叶片水势一般差异不显著,只是在田间特别干旱时,锦橙中间砧的脐橙叶片水势才显著低于温州蜜柑中间砧,对照锦橙的叶水势亦低于温州蜜柑;中午,锦橙中间砧的脐橙叶片水势一般低于温州蜜柑中间砧,在田间水分蒸腾较大的晴天以及干旱逐渐加重时,二者的差异达到显著水平甚至极显著水平,对照锦橙和温州蜜柑的叶水势呈现类似变化。不考虑中间砧影响时,不同脐橙品系的叶片水势在早晨或中午一般无显著差异。结果表明:中间砧是影响脐橙叶片水势高低及变化的重要因素之一,温州蜜柑中间砧能更有效地阻抑脐橙接穗叶片水势的下降。脐橙品种与中间砧的互作对叶片水势的变化也有一定的影响。
Leaf water-potentials(Ψ_1)of 4 lines of navel oranges(Jincheng orange and Satsuma mandarin(Okizu base)inter-stocks,Jincheng orange and Satsuma mandarin were measured at early morning and noon.The results showed that the inter-stock was an important factor affecting Ψ_1 in navel orange.At early morning,Ψ_1 of navel oranges of both inter-scions were not significantly different when drought did not happened,but were significantly different when Jincheng orange inter-stock was hit by severe drought with lowerΨ_1. At noon,Ψ_1 in Jincheng orange was usually significantly lower than that in Satsuma mandarin during sun-shining and severe drought.Ψ_1 in Jincheng orange and Satsuma mandarin controls showed similar variation trends at early morning and noon.
