微波消解—氢化物发生原子荧光法联测食品中砷汞 被引量:6

摘要 采用微波消解-氢化物原子荧光法进行食品中的砷汞联测。对样品的前处理、仪器测定条件、方法的准确度、精密度及样品加标回收率进行了研究,结果表明:在还原剂介质KOH浓度为5%(W/V)时,样品介质酸的浓度在0 72~2 1mol·L-1之间为最佳。在0~20μg/L、0~2μg/L浓度范围内,砷汞浓度与荧光值之间达极显著相关。相关系数分别达0 9993,0 9994,变异系数为7 71%~8 71%,回收率为95%~105%。 In this paper,a method of joint determination of Arsenic and Mercury in foods by microwave digestion Hydride generation-Atomic fluorescent spectrometry was introduced.The preceding process of samples,the conditions of instrumental determination,the accuracy and precision of the method were investigated.The results showed that the best concentration of acid in sample solution was 0.72 -2.1 mol·L^(-1)when the concentration of KOH in reductive agent was 5%(W/V).The significant relation (r=0.9994 ,0.9993) between the As ,Hg concentration and fluorescence value was observed ,respectively, when the As and Hg concentration was between 0~20μg/L and 0~2μg/L ,respectively.The C.V%was between 7.71%-8.71%,the recovery was 90%-105%.
