胚胎移植中受体羊重复使用效果的研究

Effect of surgery times on survival rate of embryos in Boer goat embryo transfer

将140枚波尔山羊胚胎移植给63只奶山羊受体,第2年将49枚波尔山羊胚胎重复移植给其中的31只受体,重复2次使用,第3年再将26枚胚胎第3次重复移植于其中的13只受体,试验结果表明,在使用自制专用移植针,熟练、稳妥地进行手术操作的情况下,受体重复使用3次不显著影响移植效果,各次胚胎移植的受体妊娠率分别为61 9%(39/63)、64 5%(20/31)和61 5%(8/13),胚胎成羔率分别为51 4%(72/140)、53 1%(26/49)和46 2%(12/26)。

Boer goat embryos were transferred surgically into uteri of 63 dairy goat recipients for the first time,thirty-one of these recipients were used again and thirteen were repeatedly used for three times.The results indicated that when the recipient were repeatedly used for three times,there was not significant effect on embryo transfer efficiency with skill operation and effective embryo transfer appliance self-made.The pregnancy rates of the recipient were used for the first,again or three times were 61.9%(39/63),64.5%(20/31)and 61.5%(8/13),respectively,and the rate of embryos developing into kids were 51.4%(72/140),53.1%(26/49)and 46.2%(12/26),respectively.
