连料2 西菜周年生产技术的研究

摘要 西菜是从国外引进,国内稀少的高档名贵菜种,为了满足涉外宾馆及本市人民对西菜的需要,我们于1987~1990年对5种西菜进行了周年生产技术的研究。通过播期试验,探讨了西菜在不同生态条件下的生长发育规律以及采取相应的技术管理措施,经研究认为四季萝卜、生菜、绿菜花、西芹、香芹5种西菜在本市种植是成功的,周年生产和周年供应是完全可能的,经济效益和社会效益是显著的。 West vegetables are some valuable varieties introducing from foreign countries. They are not common in China at present.Year-round production practice of five kinds of west vegetabls have been studied from 1987 to 1990 in order to satisfy the needs of the hotels for foreigners and local people.Regularities of growth and relevant measures of management have also been studied under-different ecotope through sowing date test.The results show that five kinds of vegetables i.e.radish,head lettuce,broccoli,celery and parsley are suitable to grow in Tianjin area.Their production and supply in whole year can be made and both eccnomic and social benifit are obvious.
