网络环境下的商务管理人才培养模式探讨

Discussion on the Training Pattern for Business Management Personnel on Condition of Networking

随着计算机、网络通讯技术的迅猛发展,传统的商务管理模式受到严峻挑战。电子商务的迅速崛起对高等院校人才培养模式提出了新的研究课题,本文在考察国内外电子商务教育发展现状的基础上,分析了电子商务专业教育中存在的主要问题,提出了适应电子商务环境要求的商务管理人才培养模式。

With the development of computer and network technology,traditional business management pattern has been severely challenged.And the emergence of e-commerce brings to colleges and universities a new research area which aims to training business personnel.On the basis of reviewing the status of e-commerce education in-and-out of country,this paper analyzes the main problems in the specialty education,and puts forward the training pattern for business management personnel adapting to the circumstance of e-commerce.
