摘要
面临经济全球化和人才全球化的挑战,本文主要从员工职业生涯的设计与管理两个方面进行重点论述,指出了企业通过帮助员工实现个人职业发展目标。同时实现企业目标,达到个人和组织的"双赢"目标。只有个人目标与组织目标统一起来,形成生命共同体,才能使组织得以发展,个人取得成功。
This article mainly discusses the design and management of staff's career and points out that an enterprise can achieve it's own aim through the way of helping it's staff to accomplish their aims at developing their own careers.finally to get the double effects simultaneously.It is only the combination of the person's aim and the enterprise's aim that can promote the development of the enterprise and make the individual be successful.
