气管夹闭窒息法致家兔心脏骤停模型的建立 被引量:7

Study on Establishing a Rabbit Model with Sudden Cardiac Arrest by the Method of Clipping Trachea to Asphyxia

摘要 目的:建立一种稳定的、可操作性强的家兔心脏骤停模型,以满足研究药物对心肺复苏评价的需求。方法:取健康成年家兔28只,雌雄不拘,体重2.0-2.5 k只;耳缘静脉注射3%戊巴比妥钠(1.2 ml/kg)麻醉;行气管切开、颈外动脉插管,监测有创动脉血压,以气管夹闭窒息法致心脏停搏,观察窒息至心脏停搏的时间及平均动脉压(MAP)的变化,并行心肺复苏,研究各种方法对心肺复苏成功率的影响。结果:气管夹闭前MAP为102.000±7.091mmHg;夹闭后平均动脉压升高峰值128.750±6.453 mmHg,高峰出现时间1分47.500秒±10.351秒,MAP明显下降时间2分51.875秒±20.343秒,降至50 mmHg时间3分48.125±33.374秒,5分钟时MAP 27.125±12.495mmHg,7分钟时8.000±3.817 mmHg,自主循环恢复25例,失败3例,成功率89%。结论:该模型具有满意的可操作性及可重复性,能够满足心肺复苏的实验研究。 Objective: To establish a kind of stability and strong domestic model with rabbit's sudden cardiac arrest, need for the study of the medicine evaluation about the cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Methods: 28 adult health female or male rabbits, which are heavy between 2. 0 ~ 2. 5 kg. Injecting the auricle vein by 3% pentobarbital sodium (1.2 ml/kg) to anaesthesia the rabbits; operating the tracheotomy, putting the tube in external carotid artery, monitoring the artery blood pressure, making asphyxia by the method of clipping trachea, observing the time and the mean artery blood pressure (MAP) from asphyxia to sudden cardiac arrest, then operating cardiopulmonary resuscitation, researching influence of successful cardiopulmonary resuscitation rate by different methods. Results: In front of clipping trachea, the MAP is 102. 000 ± 7. 091 mmHg; after clipping trachea, MAP rises to 128. 750 ±6. 453 mmHg, high peak time in 1 min 47. 500 ses ± 10. 351 ses, MAP descenting time in 2 min 51. 875 ses ± 20. 343 ses, MAP declining to 50 mmHg time in 3 min 48. 125 ses ± 33. 374 ses, 5min MAP is 27. 125 ± 12. 495 mmHg, 7 min MAP is 8. 000 ±3. 817 mmHg, 25 examples succeed, and 3 examples fail, success rate 89%. Conclusions: The model has the satisfied operability and repetition, and can need for experiment research of the cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
