上尿路结石并发急性肾衰的诊治体会

Diagnosis and Management of Upper Urinary Tract Stones Accompanied by Acute Renal Failure

目的:探讨上尿路结石并发急性肾衰的诊断与治疗。方法:回顾性分析22例上尿路结石并发急性肾衰患者的临床资料。结果:8例行一次急诊双侧输尿管或/和肾盂取石术,12例行一侧取石术,2例行分次两侧手术。全部病人痊愈出院。结论:早期诊断,及早解除梗阻是保护和改善肾功能的关键。

Objective: To study the diagnosis and treatment of upper urinary tract stones accompanied by acute renal failure. Methods: 22 cases of upper urinary tract stones accompanied by acute renal failure were reviewed. Results: Emergency bilateral removing stones of ureter or/and kidney was performed in 8 cases, unilateral operation in 12 and staging operation in 2. All the patients have recovered satisfactorily. Conclusion: Early diagnosis and relief of the obstruction are the key points to protect and retain the renal function.
