脑外伤患者脑脊液中一氧化氮和谷胱甘肽过氧化物含量变化及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究脑外伤患者脑脊液(CSF)中一氧化氮(NO)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物(GSH-PX)含量变化及意义。方法:60例脑外伤患者据计分法分轻、中、重三组,并设20例正常对照组,分别测定并比较各组患者伤后1、2、3和7天CSF中NO和GSH-PX含量及变化。结果:1.轻型组CSF中NO与对照组无统计学差异(P>0.05);2.中重型组显著高于对照组(P<0.01);3.NO增高与损伤程度成正比;4.急性期NO进行性增高,于3天达高峰,随之下降,但重型组伤后7天还持续高水平;5.NO和GSH-PX成负相关关系。结论:NO和GSH-PX与脑外伤再损伤机制及损伤程度有关。 Objective: To study the changes of nitric oxide (NO) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and the meaning for patients with cerebral injury. Methods: 60 cases were divided to 3 groups by standard of Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS). The changes of NO and GSH-PX in 1,2,3 and 7 days of 3 groups CSF were checked,and were compared with those of 20 healthy controls. Results: I/The NO levels of CSF between slight-injury group and control group had not statistical difference(P>0.05). 2. The levels of NO in severe-injury group patients' CSF were significantly higher than control group (P<0.01). 3. Relationship between increasing levels of NO and degree of cerebral injury was direct ratio. 4. The levels of NO were being increased in acute period,were being reduced in recover period. 5. Relationship between levels of NO and GSH-PX was negative. Conclusions: NO and GSH-PX were correlated to the mechanism of re-injury and degree of cerebral injury.
