The Subdermal Vascular Network Free Skin Graft Repair Hand Soft Tissue Defect

目的:观察带真皮下血管网皮片植皮修复手部软组织缺损的手术的临床疗效。方法:取腹部与缺损创面大小相符的皮瓣,制备成带真皮下血管网皮片,一期植皮修复手部软组织缺损创面。结果:临床应用51例带真皮下血管网皮片全部成活,指端、手掌植皮区外形饱满。随访6个月至2年,皮片的质量、质地感觉满意。结论:带真皮下血管网对皮片成活可能起重要作用。该手术方法简单,适用范围广,临床疗效评价优良。

Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on repairing defected hand soft tissue with subdermal vascular network free skin graft. Method: Primary repair with subdermal vascular network free skin graft taken from the abdominal wall and comparable in size with the hand wound deribed. Result:51 cases skin grafts remained alive with satisfactory contour during the following-ups as the sensation and the function of the repaired finger and palm were all satisfactory. Conclusion: The subdermal vascular network is very important for the skin graft survival. The operation is simple and good effect and has a wide rang of indication.
