摘要
利用电镜技术 ,在金鱼腺垂体促性腺激素细胞、促甲状腺激素细胞和促生长激素细胞中发现了一种球形病毒及其发生基质。该病毒在细胞核中形成不规则形态的包涵体 ,病毒粒子直径为 80~ 10 0nm ,呈中等电子密度 ,无囊膜。病毒侵染造成了促性腺激素细胞、促甲状腺激素细胞和促生长激素细胞的核膜溶解 ,染色质变性解体 ,内质网膨胀以及线粒体内嵴与外膜的溶解。此外 ,病毒的增殖导致了腺垂体中大量促性腺激素细胞、促甲状腺激素细胞和促生长激素细胞的凋亡。
With the observationon of adenohypophysis cells in Carassius Auratus using transmission electron microscopy (TEM),a sphereovirus and its genesis matrix were found in the Gonadotropic cell (GTH),Thyrotropic cell (TSH) and Somatotrophs cell (STH). The results showed: the sphereovirus had an irregular inclusion body in cytonucleus, whose diameter was between 80~100 nm. The virus particles were in middle density and had no envelope. In the infected GTHs,TSHs and STHs,nuclear chromatin denatured, dissolved and formed virus inclusion body,part of the nuclear envelope dissolved, endoplasmic reticulum swelled, part of the outer membrane and crest of mitochondrion dissolved. This kind of the virus resulted in functional deterioration and death of a large number of GTHs,TSHs and STHs in adenohypophysis
