A real-time Traffic Flow Measuring System Based on Clustering Analysis

将图像处理技术与聚类分析理论相结合,建立了一个基于视觉信息的车流量检测系统,实现了从图像获取、运动车辆检测、图像聚类分析,到车辆计数、车速及车辆大小等交通流量参数提取整个过程的自动化。实验证明,该系统具有相当的实用性。

A real-time traffic f low measuring system based on clustering analysis is proposed in this paper.We combine image processing technique with the theory of clustering analysis,and s et up a traffic flow system based on visual informa-tion,which implementes an automatic process from image capturing,moving vehicle detection,image clusteri ng analysis,to vehicle counting,picking up of traffic information such as spee d and size of vehicles.Experiements prove that this system does have considerab le practical value.
