摘要
采用空间啮合原理使用微机对蜗轮滚刀的精加工工序——铲磨进行模似计算,分析结果认为:当前蜗轮滚刀齿侧面的铲磨工艺由于砂轮的曲率半径较大,造成干涉,使滚刀齿侧面产生畸变。从而使大前角蜗轮刀的刃形产生原理误差,建议采用指状砂轮径向铲磨工艺与直接测量刀具切削刃形精度的方法解决这一问题,该思想适用于法向直廊蜗轮滚刀及齿轮滚刀的径向铲磨工艺。
In this paper, analysis and ealealations of Spade-grinding of archimedas wormwheel hob, which is the prosess of finishing cut of archimedass wormwheel hob, has been made using the 3-D mating principle assisted by computer, in the end of the paper following conclusions has been derived because of interference if lager curvature radius of grind-wheel(saucer-shape) the conventional art of spade-grinding of the teeth lateral of the hob can result in deformation of the teeth lat eral of the hob. It deviates the expectation (Archimedas spiral surface) of designer and produces the the theoretical error of teeth shape of high rake wormwheel hob. To solve the problem the paper recommands to use-the art of spadegranding in radius direction with finger shape grind wheel and directly measuring precision of the hob cutting edge, This method is also adapted for spade-grinding of gear hob and normal strai ght line contour wormwheel hob in radius direction.
