Investigation and Analysis on Energy Consumption of Public Buildings in Tianjin and Kobe

对天津市和日本神户市部分公共建筑进行了建筑能耗调查与分析,结果表明我国有许多公共建筑现代化程度低、室内标准低、公共建筑能耗总体水平较低;但因环保意识和建筑节能观念较落后,节能潜力仍很大。

The investigation and analysis on energy consumption of public buildings in Tianjin and Kobe shows that the level of energy utilization in China is lower than that in Japan. The potential of energy saving in public buildings design, services and management in China should attract more attention.
