结合秦沈客运专线实际工作中的体会 ,从理论和实践上对整个工程进行了成本分析和成本核算 ,指出应建立健全成本管理办法 。
Combined with practical work according to the whole project the cost analysis and accounting are made. Author points out that sound cost management method should be established to efficiently control of construction cost.
