On the Nature and Legal Position of Town Enterprises

我国的乡镇企业目前已成为农村经济的重要支柱和国民经济的重要组成部分。本文在我国现有立法的基础上,全面分析和探讨了乡镇企业的性质和法律地位。全文共分四部分:(1)乡镇企业的概念;(2)乡镇企业的范围和分类;(3)乡镇企业的性质和法律调整;(4)乡镇企业的法律地位。作者力图通过这些分析,进一步健全和完善乡镇企业法制,使其为我国经济的发展做出更大的贡献。

Now town enterprises in China are the backbone in the country-side economy and play an important pant in national economy. This article gives a general analysis and has a discussion about the nature and legal position of the town enterprises in China on the basis of the given laws. The article is divided into four parts: (1)The Concept of the town enterprises. (2)The Scope and Classification. (3)The Nature and the legal adjustment. (4)The legal position. The author hopes that through the above analysis,we can further establish the legal system of the town enterprises by which we can make greater contributions to the development of the national economy.
