摘要
除尘器窑灰是具有一定活性的细粉,因其SiO2成分高,在硫铝酸盐水泥生产中直接回窑处理造成熟料成分变化,并影响熟料的质量。本文对窑灰的再利用进行了试验研究,实验室和生产试验结果表明,利用除尘器窑灰作水泥组分,不经回窑煅烧直接作为水泥混合材,能提高水泥的早期强度,具有消除污染、提高和稳定熟料质量、降低水泥成本等优点,为合理利用除尘器窑灰开辟了途径。
Kiln filter dust is a fine powder with a certain activity. Since its SiO2 content is higher, it may change clinker component and thus influence clinker quality when directly back into kiln for sulphoaluminate cement production. This paper shows a test investigation on kiln dust utilization and the results from laboratory and production tests indicated that to use kiln filter dust as a cement admixture without burning in the kiln will improve early strength of cement and has the advantages of pollution prevention, stable clinker quality and cement cost reduction etc. This experience provided an approach on utilizing kiln filter dust.
