对我院科研开发的思考

Consideration of the Development of Scientific Research in Our University

随着经济体制改革、科技体制改革和教育体制改革的蓬勃发展,科学技术在社会主义建设中必将发挥巨大的作用。如何使高校科研开发长入社会主义的经济建设,是当前高校科研工作的首要问题,同时也是加速我国提高综合国力和发展高校教育事业的需要。本文透过对我院科研开发的实践和发展过程的分析总结,提出了加速高校科研开发工作的几点措施。

With the vigorous development in the reform of economic,scientific and educational systems, science and technology are bownd to play a great role in our socialist construction. But how the development of science and technology in instituties and universities should serve the economic construction of socialism is the question of the first importance for the scientific research of colleges and universities and also the requirement for improving quickly the comprehensive state power and developing the educational cause of institutions of higher learning. The authors put forward severl measures of speeding up science and technoiogy developement in institutions of higher learning by summarizing and analysing the practice and the course of development of the development of science and technology in our university.
