According to the anticle. Chinese Economic situation has undergone dramatic changes since the start of the economic reform and 'Open door'palicy. In economic development production capacity has exceeded markting capacity. Many provences and cities have hamperod the development of market nerworks by imposing various administrative controle on exchange activities between areas. Thus,economic reform should focus on the reform of exchange and trading systems. The author suggests that China establesh exchange network as soon as possible, adjust current marketing strategics and give priority to the exchange and trading reform. In order to do so, China should also improve its macro-economic environment,for example,China should get rid of price control,further the reform of the tax system by changing tax-types,rely on legislative system instead of administrative controls,develop'the third industry'——the service industry. In a word, China ought to furthor the economic reform by focusing on the reform of the organizational structure and the legal system.
