从基尼系数看我国贫富悬殊

A study of the wide gap between the rich and the poor in China in the light of Gini coefficient

改革开放以来,我国基尼系数迅速增长,表明我国从一个收入水平较为平均的国家发展成为一个收入水平差距较大的国家.收入差距的拉大,贫富悬殊的产生,是多种因素共同作用的结果,它引发了一系列社会问题,阻碍了我国新世纪全面建设小康社会的进程.如何在不减慢经济发展速度和不降低经济效益的前提下,缩小贫富差距,是今后摆在我们面前的一项重大课题.

Gini coefficient has been going up rapidly in our country since the beginning of refom and opening up,which is an indication of our country s changing from a country where there is little difference between people s income levels to one where there is remarkable difference between people s income levels.The growth of the difference between people s income levels and the emergence of a wide gap between the rich and the poor are the result of the action of quite a few factors,which have given rise to a series of social problems and have caused some hindrance to our effort to build a well- to- do society in an all- round way in the new century.How to reduce the distinction between the rich and the poor without slowing down the speed of the economic development and reducing economic effects is a grave problem before us.
