摘要
现有的员工绩效考评方法,都只注重结果型的项目,而且考评结果的综合适用性太差。在总结当前通行的几种绩效考评方法之后,笔者提出了一种新的绩效考评方法:积分——底线法。该法是在全面确定考评项目及其权重基础上将绩效进行量化,以期全面、客观、科学地反映员工的绩效。
Since the present individual performance appraisals methods only focus on the employees' output,and the final datum can be used in few limited respects,this article designs a method - Cumulative Scoring and Passing Line (short for CS&PL),which,on the basis of comprehensively determining overall appraised items and calculating every item's percentage,aims at totally,objectively,and scientifically reflecting performance of each employee.
