摘要 本文分析了利用乙酸作为间接测定物通过石英晶体振荡器对海洛因进行探测的基本原理,讨论了海洛因与乙酰辅酶A合成酶(乙酰COA合成酶)、聚赖氨酸(Poly-lysine)聚合物反应机理,并详细介绍了几种探测器的制备方法、实验过程和实验结果。 The working principle of heroine quartz crystal biosensor is presented in this paper. The reasons of choosing acetic acid as an indirect substance for heroine detection are also discussed. In our research, two kinds of enzymes are immobilized on the surface of quartz separately, a change of frequency is observed as heroine (10ppm) are injected in the experimental box. The results show that the method is feasible and can be applied for heroine detection.
