摘要
本文介绍了一种压力自动控制装置。外加电压通过热敏基元的兴奋作用对压力传感器进行热灵敏度补偿,压力传感器的输出信号再经热敏基元的差动跨麻痹作用得到热零点漂移补偿,并经二级运放电路放大到满量程达4V~5V,然后再传输到比较控制电路。被放大的压力输出信号与分压电路的两个高、低压力限的基准电压分别输入到差动放大器进行比较,比较后输出信号去控制三极管的通断,从而控制继电器的工作状态,完成对压力的自动调节。
An automatic control device for pressure are presented. By using the excited function of a thermal-sensing element to compensate the thermal sensitivity drift, the applied voltage activates the pressure sensor. The largest output signal is amplified to 5V, the pressure signal after compensating the thermal offset drift by using the differential paralysis function of another thermal-sensing element and the reference voltage of a dividing-circuit which are set for, setting for high and low pressure limits, are respectively inputted to a differential amplifier to compare. Thus, its output controls the make or break of triodes, whereby, controls the active mode of relies and complete the automatic regulation of pressure.
