Reflections on the Concept of Police pulic Relations

当前,全国公安机关正在开展“贯彻十六大,全面建小康,公安怎么办”大讨论活动,本文试图通过对公安队伍建设的研究,对适应新形势,倡导警察公共关系理念进行分析,对警察行为和功能在公众中的心理影响、传播沟通的地位和作用,以及警察良好形象的树立等问题进行深入的阐述。

Now,the police organs around China are conducting the discussion on what the police should do when acting in the spirit of the 16th Party Congress. Having studied the construction of the police force, this paper tries to analyze the concept of police public relations and expound such issues as:police' influence on the people's psychology , the position and functions of communication, the establishment of prolice's good image ,etc.
