On Developing Logistics Serving Chinese Agriculture

我国农业发展已经进入节约要素投入和改善要素配置效率阶段,发展农业物流业是农村制度变革的迫切需要。关系到我国的农业现代化进程。加快发展农业物流业需采用现代企业制度改造国有粮食企业,积极支持培育多种所有制成分的农业物流企业.培育构建现代物流企业,建立提升与之相配合的区域性农协组织和城市农产品经销业态,并以现代物流和市场化运作为基础形成新的粮食安全体系。

In China,the agriculture is now on the stage that much attention should be paid to the saving of factors and the optimization of factors allocation.Therefore.to develop logistics serving agriculture is the urgent need of the reform of rural institutions.In order to develop logistics serving agriculture,the government should reform state-owned grain enterprises with modern enterprises institution,support logistic enterprises with different ownerships,foster modern logistic enterprises, and establish regional peasants' cooperative organizations and urban farming products distributing system that play supporting roles to the modern logistic enterprises.What's more,a new kind of grain security system based on modern logistics and marketlized operation should be established.
