摘要
本文认为物流服务是客户服务的一部分,是物流企业的产品,是企业提升竞争力的关键。文章在分析中国企业物流服务存在的问题的基础上,指出企业应通过转变观念,调整服务战略,开发差别化服务,建立物流信息系统以及借助外部资源,来提高物流服务水平。同时,应注意根据顾客的特点、层次及服务、成本和企业竞争力之间的关系,确定服务水平,并对之进行定期评估与改进。
Logistics service,as one part of customer service,has become the key method for enterprises to promote their competitive ability .To solve problems exist in logistics service and improve the level of service, Chinese enterprises should change their ideas,make adjustments on their service strategy,develop differential service,establish logistic information system, and draw support from outside resources.Meanwhile,they should determine the level of service through analyzing characteristics of their customers and the relationship between costs and competitive ability, and make regulate assessment on the service with the aim of improving it.
