摘要  对DBD的研究已经逐渐成为低温等离子体领域的研究热点.本文主要从宏观上对DBD的侧向放电形貌的演变过程进行了实验研究,进一步弄清了DBD的演变机理;而且从放电形貌上揭示了装置结构的选择对DBD应用的重要指导意义. The study on DBD has been paid more attention in the field of low-temperature plasma. In this paper, the study on evolvement process of discharge image in transverse is studied and the evolvement mechanism of DBD is explained, furthermore, the experimental results show that the different structures of DBD should be applied in different applications.
