沥水调脂胶囊和舒降之治疗高胆固醇血症的比较研究

Comparison of the efficacies of LSTZ and Simvastatin in treatment of primary hypercholesterolemia

评价沥水调脂胶囊和舒降之治疗高胆固醇血症的疗效与不良反应。方法:66例高胆固醇血症的病人随机分成沥水调脂胶囊组(A组)和舒降之组(B)组,A组(33例)给予沥水调脂胶囊3粒,po,tid,B组(33例)给予舒降之10mg,po,pd,疗程均为4周。结果:与治疗前相比,A组胆固醇(TC)降低有效率为90.90％,甘油三脂(TG)降低有效率为69.70％,B组Tc降低总有效率为93.93％,TG降低总有效率为51.51％,A组和B组疗效间差异无显著性(P>0.05),不良反应发生率两组间有显著性差异(3.3％和12.1％,P<0.01)。结论:沥水调脂胶囊是治疗高胆固醇血症与舒降之相比,效果同样明显。

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the officacy and safety LSTZ and simvastatin in treatment of hypercholestcrolemia, METHODS:66patients with primary hypercholesterolemia were randomly divided info two groups. Groups A(n=33) was treated with LSTZ 1.05g,po,tid×4wk. .Group B(n=33) was treated with simvastatin 10mg,po.pd×4wk. Results:TC of group A and B were descended 90.90% and 93.9%; TG of group A and B were descended 69.70% and 51.50%. there was no significant difference in the effecth between two groups(p>0.05). the adverse reactions occurred respectively 3.3% and 12.1% between A and B (P<0.01).CONCLUSIONS:lstz is effective in treatment of hypercholesterolemia with simvastatin.
